My husband is a huge fan of pumpkin pie and cookies, so I combined the two in these Pumpkin Pie Cookies.

My husband is a huge fan of pie. I am not so much a huge fan of making pie. When I saw Pumpkin Pie flavored M&M’s at the store I knew they needed to come home with me.

I turned them into another of my husbands favorites, cookies! Are you familiar with Cake Mix Cookies? Not only Cake Mix Cookies the easiest way to make cookies, cake mixes allow you to get some amazing flavors with very little effort. I paired a spice cake mix with the Pumpkin Pie M&Ms for some yummy cookies that taste very much like a slice of pumpkin pie.

Start with a cake mix and add a little bit of flour, oil, water and 1 egg.

Mix the ingredients together. The dough will be stiffer than a cake mix, but still soft enough I don’t bother with a mixer. Once the dough is mix, add half a bag of White Pumpkin Pie M&Ms and mix those in.

I used my small cookie scoop and placed balls of dough on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone baking mat for super easy cleanup. Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes.

After they come out of the oven, place on a cooling rack.

Then take a step back as your family moves into for a taste of Thanksgiving that is much faster to make than actually baking a pie!
