How to Make a Turkey Fruit Tray:

INGREDIENTS

  • Fruit for the tray:
  • Watermelon Cubed
  • Pineapple Cubed
  • Cantaloupe Cubes
  • Large Green Grapes
  • Orange Cream Dip Ingredients:
  • 1/2 c. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1/2 c. Whipping Cream
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 1 c. Powdered Sugar
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 c. Orange Zest
  • Large Candy Eyes

Step 1:

Start by making the Orange Cream dip. Cream together the cream cheese (room temperature). Add in the orange zest and mix well. Add in the vanilla and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Step 2:

Slowly add in the powdered sugar while mixing. Last, add in the whipping cream. Beat on high for 2 minutes until slightly stiff but still creamy.

Step 3:

Add your Orange Cream dip to a small bowl. Ceramic Ramikens work great for dips.

Step 4:

Arrange the watermelon, pineapple, grapes and cantaloupe around the tray to form turkey feathers.

Step 5:

Using some cantaloupe pieces, cut out two turkey legs and a beak. Using a watermelon piece, cut a gobbler to add above the beak.

Step 6:

Place the candy eyes, beak, and gobbler on top of the bowl. Place the two turkey legs below the bowl. This makes such a cute Turkey Fruit Platter. I love this pretty Silver Platter. It’s a classic platter to have on hand!

You can use some festive napkins to serve with your Turkey Fruit Tray. I love using turkey picks for the guests.
