Summer Fun List of 160 ideas of activities to do with or without the kids this summer!

Ideas range from FREE to just a little bit of spending money. Something for everyone on this list!

So onto the SUMMER FUN LIST. This is one of the greatest ways to organize Summer. At the top of this post is the list that you can get some great ideas from.

I LOVE Summer fun lists because it means that your Summer is much more intentional and filled with creativity and exploration, which i’m all about. It means that you have plans, structure, and OPTIONS.

The first time I made this list years ago, my husband was so grateful because he could see all the options we could choose from when we had free time. This has been a tradition in our family for about 6 years now and my kids look forward to it every Summer.

When making up YOUR list consider these things:

The ages of your KIDS
Make sure to add a variety of activities: learning, hands-on, indoor, outdoor, creating, stimulating, free-timing, water, non-water, family outings, one-on-one outings, etc.
Always leave a couple of blank slots for fun things that come up last minute.
ENJOY!! The word boring will not rear it’s ugly head again.

Above you will find the list of ideas and below is the list that you can download and fill in yourself. This is sized to an 11×14 or 16×20. Since the ratios are the same on the 11×14 and 16×20 (meaning you could shrink or enlarge them and print them at either size without cropping). So go ahead and print your heart out.
