This easy recipe will be fun for families this summer! The ice cream popcorn mix looks so adorable to at any party. Fluffy and colorful and fun!

The popcorn has a sweet ice cream flavor from the white chocolate melts. Mix in pretzels, Sixlets, and sprinkles for an ice cream twist!

What you will need for an Ice Cream Popcorn Mix:

-Plain popcorn

-Pretzels

-Sixlets

-Colorful Rainbow Sprinkles

-White Chocolate Melts

 

How to make Ice Cream Popcorn Mix:

-Pop popcorn (plain)

-Melt the white chocolate candy melts according to directions on package

-Mix in 1/2 cup melted white chocolate for every 6 cups of popcorn

-Mix the popcorn and chocolate until coated

-While the mix is still warm and sticky, mix in Sixlets and sprinkles.

-Serve in bowls or cones. Add a pretzel or two on top!
