Halloween HedBanz
I’m excited to be joining the 3rd Annual 30 Days of Halloween-where great Halloween printables and treats are being shared. There’s links at the bottom for all of the fun Halloween posts!
Our Holiday HedBanz have been a hit and I’m back with a set for Halloween. If you aren’t familiar with the game HedBanz (affiliate link) here’s a quick break down. You wear awesome plastic headbands that have a slit to hold the card. Without looking at the card you insert it into the slit, and then by asking questions you try to figure out what you are. Kind of like 20 questions. Only instead of 20 questions, you are racing against a timer. If you guess the answer before your time is up you pick another card and keep asking until your time expires. Then it’s the next person’s turn. When it comes around to you again, you pick up asking questions where you left off before. It promotes logical thinking and a lot of laughs!
This would be a fun game to play at a class party. If you don’t have the game, I bet you could make elastic headbands, like the elastic hair ties only larger, and they would work just as well. Place the card between your forehead and the elastic to hold it in place.
The download contains 2 pages of cards, and 1 page to be printed on the back of the cards. Cause we need all the help we can get to keep us from cheating around here!
EDITED** Some of you have been having difficulties printing this set. To ensure all pages print, please make sure you have selected “Print as Image” in Adobe Acrobat reader.
1. Open file in Adobe Acrobat and select “Print”.
2. In the print menu select “Advanced”
3. Select ” Print As Image”

Anyone else having problems printing this or is it just me? I downloaded it okay, but then it just prints out blank when I go to print.
Sorry you’re having troubles! You can check out this post for some tips printing our printables. https://thecraftingchicks.com/tips-for-printable-success/ Every computer is just a little different, but hopefully it can help!
I am having this same problem. I was able to print the Halloween memory game without any troubles. Have you figured anything out, Gail?
Hiya,
It looks like your pdf is broken – it won’t print at all and if it does it prints 3 blank sheets. I did manage to print the other Headbanz printables.
We’re working on getting this problem fixed. For those of you who are getting blank pages when you print, can you tell me what browser you are using?
Please let me know when you get it fixed! I’m excited to use these for our party next week. I am using explorer or chrome. Thanks for the awesome printables!
I am using internet explorer and only printing blank pages on the hedbanz game:(
Since your downloads were free, but they are copyrighted, do you have a form that releases the right to print/make copies?
Thanks!
Are you having issues? We’ve never had that problem. Email us if you are having issues and we will get you a form. Thanks!
Thank you! I needed this for a church activity for children. You saved me a ton of time.
