I adore white kitchens. In our last home, we had our kitchen cabinets painted white. It immediately brightened our home and made it feel much more open. When making our plans to build again, I knew I wanted a white kitchen. I love how this space turned out. It is where our whole family is 90% of the time! Just be sure to pick up a few magic erasers at the store if you plan on having white kitchens! Ha!
A few weeks ago I shared the Great room design from my dear friend Sita Montgomery. Sita designed both the great room & kitchen and today I’m sharing the kitchen and dining area.
Sita was so amazing at helping me pick out accessories and furniture for this space! I loved watching her decorate the hutch and cabinets…and the centerpieces are so pretty. I love how the coral and navy flow throughout the great room & kitchen.

White Kitchen Design
The white I chose for the cabinets is Pure White from Sherwin Williams.
I love the contrast of the white cabinets with dark floors. 
These pendant lights are my favorite! Libby Langdon from Crystorama found at Lighting Design.
The counters are Silestone Lyra…and so easy to clean. Very low maintenance.
I chose a farmhouse sink and love it! It’s just a simple big white sink. It has been easy to clean too!
Sweet touches that Sita adds with trays, cute bowls and pretty cups!
I have always wanted a dining hutch. This house had the perfect space in the dining nook for a built in dining hutch. I love the pops of blue and white Sita added to this space.
This kitchen is such a happy space to cook in and gather with my family.
