Sharing a delicious and easy recipe today for Yummy Fettuccini Alfredo.
This dish is so popular at our house. My kids love it! We love to have it just “as is” or add grilled chicken, pesto chicken or parmesan chicken on top. It’s even good the next day.
It only takes a few minutes to whip up, so it’s a perfect recipe for busy school nights. It’s also the best form of comfort food and perfect for those chilly fall and winter nights. You will love the flavor the nutmeg and fresh parsley adds to the dish.Yummy Fettuccini Alfredo

12 oz. Heavy Cream
5 T. Unsalted Butter
1 C. grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8  tsp. pepper
1 lb. Fresh Fettuccini Noodles
Fresh Parsley
Bring cream and butter to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 1 minute. Slowly stir in parmesan cheese a few tablespoons at a time. Remove from heat after cheese has melted. Add in your salt, pepper, and nutmeg. You can add this to taste. Pour sauce over cooked fettuccini noodles. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
